Our stay at Italia Suite was great. The location was ideal, close to vibrant cafes and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, available whenever we needed assistance. The room was cozy and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. The breakfast, although simple, was sufficient to start the day. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Santiago.

This hotel has an excellent location, just a few steps away from the metro and a large supermarket, making it super convenient to travel around and stock up on supplies. it is located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of great dining options nearby. the room and bathroom are cozy and well-equipped, and the staff provides excellent service. the breakfast is also delicious, with a range of options to choose from.
The heating in the room was not always reliable and temperatures could get chilly, especially during the cooler months.

Great "Little Italy" neighborhood with cafes and shops. the perfect location for a city trip since everything is nearby. Breakfast included juice, toast and a slice of ham and cheese. Very safe neighborhood and excellent for walks.

During my stay, I found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable, especially considering the price. The hotel facilities were also sufficient for my needs, including transportation options and a convenient parking area. Additionally, the hotel's location in a very safe area, right beside a massive supermarket, added to my overall enjoyment of this city. Lastly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel very welcome throughout my stay.
